Our story

alphaXRT was founded in 1990 by our managing director, Richard Neale. Richard saw an opportunity to introduce exciting new radiation oncology technologies into Australia and New Zealand, giving local clinicians access to the world’s most innovative solutions.

Richard remains a key player in our ongoing success, his motivation guides us to always seek the best of the best, bringing cutting-edge equipment and specialist staff together to offer patients in our region a future with options.

We have offices in Auckland and Sydney as well as staff located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. We’re proud to supply equipment to all radiation oncology departments in Australia and New Zealand and to have continuously served the medical and scientific communities for over 30 years. We can’t wait to see what the next 30 years will bring!
